Today we are going to discuss lighting. We are going to discuss shadows, illuminated aspects of self and those places between shadow and illumination.
We want you notice this photo. We are using many photos in this book. Everyday we have a picture for you to look at and meditate upon. Do you understand the power of this? It is an added “layer” of download when we offer words and a visual tool. Everyday, when you come here, look at the photo also. Study it. Understand what its connection is to the message. There is always a connection and in your understanding it, you deepen the download and your receiving of the angels’ energy in these messages.
Look at this picture. A baby in the shadows. The light is not perfect. The light is illuminated behind the baby, but the baby himself is in the shadow. This is an analogy. It is an analogy for your life. We come often with analogies for your life. They are useful. It is a useful exercise to think of the ways your environment mimics your inner landscape. There are so many ways. It keeps you “on your toes” to think in terms of how your outer environment mimics your inner environment. You will gain much in this simple exercise alone.
Let us return to this picture. It is a baby.
You are this baby. You are this figure reaching out for the light. You are this picture sitting in the shadows of all that you do not know. You are this baby playing with your “toys” of form and loving every minute of your expression as a human. It is in your maturity that you even recognize that a shadow exists. There are shadow sides to you, shadow sides to the universe, shadow sides to the life you are living now. There are things you cannot know, you do not know yet and are in the process of knowing. They are aspects of shadow and they are always in fluctuation. You are always moving in and out of shadow.
You are this baby.
It is your life in the background. The environment is your landscape you call “all of me.” It is an environment that includes relationships, form, the energetic signature of thoughts (which are real!), your words, actions and emotions (which are also real things with energy signatures that affect people!). You are surrounded by things. You are surrounded by everything in your life you are calling “an aspect of my life.” This is represented by the background of the baby.
You are not the background.
You are the baby.
You are that baby. Sitting in shadow. Wanting to know what you do not know. Wanting to be in the light. Playing with your environment as a way to illuminate yourself, to put yourself in the light. You can do this. You can reach out and find the light. It is possible. You do not have to stay in the shadow. You can come out of it. You can find a new place to position yourself that is in the light. You can walk out of the shadow. You can do this. You can do it now. We are going to end today with a prayer that will move you out of the shadow for now and always. It is a prayer that goes like this:
Divine Father/Mother, Source, God, the Universe, All That Is, make me an instrument of the light now and forever more. Move me out of the shadows into the light. That which I do not know is keeping me in the shadows. I want to know who I am as light. I feel what I am as light. I want to think what I think as light. I want to be what I am as light. I want to move where I move as light. I want to speak what I speak as light. I want to create what I create as light. I want to destroy what I destroy as light. I want to nurture what I nurture as light. I want to play what I play as light. I want to teach what I teach as light. I want to learn what I learn as light. I want to experience what I experience as light. That is my wish for now and forever more. With that desire, I surrender all other desires. I surrender my desire to be (fill in the blank). I surrender my desire for this object (fill in the blank). I surrender my desire for this to happen (fill in the blank). I surrender all desires before my greatest desire to be light. Let us be clear here. This writer, the one writing these words, channeling this message, has wants too. She has a want to rennovate her home, make it more grand for her growing family, create a business model whereby her husband could quit his job and be a stay at home dad while she channels and does this work on a global scale. She wants to create a life where she can travel and be in her home as one who goes out of it on business and pleasure trips all over the world. She wants to create a life where she is the “breadwinner” so her husband can make furniture and be the man of nature he longs to be. These are her desires. They require finances. They require money in the bank that is not there now. She comes here and channels everyday, hoping beyond hope, that this download will be the one that changes everything for her and allows her husband to finally quit that job.

Still, he goes to work everyday. Still, he comes home tired and ready to be done with this role he has chosen called “provider.” That is the path they are on now. That is the choice of their souls now. That the desire is there makes it possible for the energy to be aligned and for that dream to come true. The when of it is another matter entirely.

Let us share something with you: Your life is a “play.” It is a play of players. It is a play of situations and drama and suspense and desire and hope and sorrow and joy. It is all the things in a play you would watch on the stage, only your life is more drawn out than that and you take many years to come to your climaxes and your epiphanies and your wind downs to the happily ever afters, or the sad endings. You are given this life as a long performance, when in our realm, it is but a moment. It is but a now. You are given this life to enjoy each moment as it unfolds. You are given this life to enjoy the play you are in as you are playing it. That is not always easy for you. You do not understand the value in the unfolding.

In a play, of course you would understand the unfolding of the drama. You would need the background story, the relationship buidling, the climaxes, the epiphanies, the wind down and the end. You would need these things to feel satisfied that you had “got your money’s worth.” So too it is in life. Relax and enjoy the play. Smell the roses, as they say. There is time. There will be time for this writer to enjoy her business ventures and to be the “breadwinner of the family.” There will be time for her husband to build his furniture and be with nature. There will be time for her to travel. There will be time. There will be time. There will be time.

Instead of being impatient, let us today take a look at this photo above. It is a cloud cover with light shining through. That is how your life looks now. It is the cloud cover before the sun breaks through and you can say, “I have achieved my goals.”

When that happens, there will be more goals to achieve and the play will go on. You will look at this picture again and say, “I am looking at the clouds before the sun shines through.” It is all energy. It is all alignment of energy in divine timing. There is divine timing. It is a timing beyond human comprehension that includes your soul’s desire for this lifetime, its need to expand, the souls of your soul family, your tribe of souls travelling with you in this dimension, your angel self’s knowing and what is needed on a cosmic level on behalf of All That Is. It is a timing that is greater than the scope of your one life, but includes all lifetimes. Instead of worrying about what has or has not been manifested, take a moment to love the life you have now. That is all. We say, that is all. Take a look at this picture and know you are the observer of a play called your life that includes times when clouds appear to block the sun. However the sun is there, it does break through the clouds. Be patient. Smell the roses. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all. It is done, it is done, it is done. Here is a picture of a family. It is “easy” to guess who is the mother, who is the oldest child, middle child, youngest child. Who is the other woman? Grandmother? Friend? Aunt? Not all things are so easy to understand. When your mind cannot understand something, it makes things up. It makes up things like, “That is grandmother.” It is unknown if that is the truth, but the mind makes it the truth. Do you understand?

The mind is your ally, your friend and your tool for creating meaning in your three-dimensional universe. It is not your boss. It is not your only definition of self. It is not your whole identity. You have other parts of you. You have your spiritual part, your emotional part, your environmental part and your thinking part (of which the mind is the chief operating officer). Your whole being is “controlled” by a CEO called the Higher Self. The Angel-Self. The God-Self. If you have another name for it, insert it here. It is that part of you “above and beyond” anything human or of human understanding. However, the CEO of you loves the human of you and honors it and knows what a vital role it plays in the expansion of all. There is nothing diminishing about being a human. It is a great honor to be one and all the angels sing your praises. You are offered a great opportunity in your humanness to assist the expansion of all across all dimensions, planes of existence, universes, realms, levels of consciousness and All That Is. What an honor! What a privilege! What an opportunity! Celebrate yourself while recognizing that you are also in the midst of some unknowing as a human. The mind cannot know it all. There is much more to you and to all, demonstrated by that picture above where there is a mystery woman and you cannot decide who she is.

The mind will always attempt to create an answer, even where it has no idea. This is its nature. Today your task is to quiet the mind, let it be the Chief Operating Officer without trying to be the Chief Executive Officer. Leave that role to the one who is CEO, your Higher Self. That is all. Whenever you are making meaning, ask yourself if it is something you really know or if your mind is making meaning out of what is impossible to know right now. You are responsible for taming your mind today. If it knows something, wonderful. If it does not know something and is making meaning out of conjecture, tell it to be quiet. You cannot know everything. There is an incredibly vast world out there of which you are one aspect. You are given today a purple flame to hold in your heart at all times. It is the flame of Self-love that is burning inside you. Everything we have given here, in all our messages, is always about you loving yourself more. You say, “It is about abundance. It is about consciousness. It is about questions being answered.” Yes, these are ways we assist you in learning how loved you are and worthy of love. You are given a purple flame of Self-love that will never go away. It is an eternal flame. We are placing it in your heart now. Let it live there always. You are divine. You are a child of God. You are worthy of loving yourself above all things, even loving the God that you love is a mirror of the love you have for self. The more you can love the being that you are, the more you can love the one that creates you, the infinite space of All That Is, the Universe, God and Source. These are all energies of creation. They are bigger than you who was created from a seed. You are a coming together of spirit and soul and biology to create the miracle that you are. This is bigger than you. This is Source. This is All That Is. This is the Universe. This is God. This is the energy of the Father/Mother in the Cosmos. You are a child of this energy. You are infinitely loved. You are beyond anything “small” or insignificant. You are an aspect of All That Is. Know your divinity now. Take this flame and have it always burning brightly in your breast. It is yours to keep. This is a jellyfish swimming through the water. How brilliant the contrast between its body and the ocean! It is a picture representing the contrast between what you say is a desire and what you say is a non desire. There is a beautiful contrast there, as magnificent as the contrast of this picture. You do not say, “The blue of the ocean is wrong because it is so different from the jellyfish.” You do not say, “The jellyfish is wrong because it is so different from the ocean.” You say, “Aren’t they both beautiful.” You have every reason to love all of yourself, even the parts of you that are knowing suffering, desiring something different than what is and coveting the blue of the ocean or the skin of the jellyfish when they are experiencing the opposite. It is your way to resist the thing you are experiencing as pain, when you are invited to love it as the beautiful contrast it is providing to something else you also have every possibility to enjoy.

When you want to feel joy, simply recognize the sorrow you are feeling as beautiful also, in its own way and let yourself experience it, before letting go and enjoying a new emotion. It will be one of relief. You can then move yourself to more satisfying and satisfying emotions and you choose to honor the ones you are feeling now and let them go. We tell you this because prosperity is a reflection of your inner prosperity, the prosperity of heart that says, “I have room for all the emotions of the earth and I will honor them, love them and let them go as I need to, to experience something else. You have the unique ability to experience both contrasts, the blue of the ocean and the skin of the jellyfish. One is an extreme of one emotion, the other, the opposite side of that energetic spectrum. They are both related. Joy is related to sorrow, as jellyfish are related to the ocean. They both need each other. They both honor one another. They both give each other “space” to exist in their expressions.

You are invited today to allow your heart to be prosperous. And that is to allow it to feel all of its emotions and accept them as beautiful. Then, you can let them go as you need to, to experience a new emotion. Resist nothing. Honor everything. Be prosperous of heart. That is all.

If you look closely at this picture, you will see that the workmen have done their job and are cleaning up for the day. The only thing they have not realized is that through their work of putting up the sidewalk posts, they have trapped their van inside and will not be able to get it out. Or maybe they will. Perhaps there is a way to lift off one of the posts and to drive through. It is not given in this picture. There is only the image of 2 men working together to create a safer sidewalk and not realizing that they are trapped in now with their van.

This image is given to you for a laugh. It is funny to think they have worked all day and now cannot get out. It is also funny to think how you do this to yourself in many areas of your life. You create walls around your heart to protect you and then when you are ready to “get out” from that story, you realize you are trapped by your beliefs. You must do some work to “destroy” the posts you have built around your heart to free you from the story they have created about your worthiness, your loneliness, your inability to create frienships in a world full of people and so much more. Let us now make sure that all those walls are gone so that you may be free to be the person you came here to be, which is an angel on earth, in flesh, for the expansion of your soul.

You are going to sit down and say this prayer: I, say your name, will now take down the posts around my heart that are keeping me trapped in my limiting beliefs. I will free myself from ever thinking that I am unworthy of anything I desire. I will let myself be free now and forever more. It is done. It is done. It is done. Thank you and Amen.

It is a simple prayer, yet very powerful. You are given the permission here from your highest self to release yourself from any traps you have built in the name of “safety” or “protection.” They are done. That is all.

This is the flame of you. We return here often. It is a place where you can remember who you are, what you are. Let us remind you. You are a divine being, a spiritual energy in the physical world. You have come here as an angel, disguised in flesh, for the purpose of expanding the universe, the cosmos, All That Is. You are here to be an energy of love to all those around you, even when you hurt them. You are here to be an energy of love in the midst of the hurt, the suffering and the fear, so that all may know more fully their divine nature. It is learned in stages, over “time” in your linear language. It is learned over countless millennia and lifetimes. You do not have to believe in reincarnation. Just know that your soul lives on and experiences much more as a human. You are given this reminder in love, for it is necessary for you to step back sometimes and see your life as a bigger picture than this moment. This moment is but one “drop” in the ocean of your life and your lives. Let it be what it is, a drop. Let go of your controlling desire to know everything now and let the drop be dropped into the ocean, where it will join its “brothers,” the other drops of all the other experiences of all the other humans on earth. You are given this reminder as a way to relax and know you are whole, even in the midst of confusing times. That is all.

55 is a number of change. We say, you are here to change. You are here to become more than you are now, in energy, in experience, in knowing, in understanding, in relationship, in self-knowing, in awareness, in consciousness, in expansion, in partnership with the expansion of All That Is. You are here to become more in a definition of “more” that means expanded from all sides. You will experience much and will not always make sense. However you are experiencing in a context so great and so vast that there is no way to explain it to you. We come today to discuss the sadness, the mourning, the loss of that which you have once loved.

Even that which you “hated,” but was in your energy field was loved by you. For you allowed it in and tended it and became it, so it was love you gave it. Even those things that did not serve you, that you kept you down in energetic terms, were things you loved. Let us explain.

The story of your smallness, your inability to be the human of all your dreams and desires, is something you have loved. You have given it your time, your attention, your thoughts and your actions. As you grow out of this story and creat a new one, one that is more aligned with the story of your dreams and desires, you must let go of that which you have loved. You must let go of the story of your smallness.

You are doing this now. You mourn. You mourn because you have lost a story. It was a story you loved even though you have grown out of it. Do you still read the same books of your childhood? You read new books, more sophistacated books, books about life, without pictures, and ones that fill you with different emotions than the stories of your childhood. Yet you remember those stories you loved as a child and hold a fondness for them. It is time to put them away, your childhood stories. They are no longer appropriate for your stage of learning.

In the desert, there is a dryness and a beauty that both inspires and challenges. How will you survive the weather? How will you create enough life-sustaining experiences of finding water and food to move through the desert and into more appropriate surroundings for long term living? You are there now, in that desert. In that place between your childhood stories and your new stories of actually living your dreams, enjoying the fruits of all you have desired and creating new dreams and desires to manifest then.

You are in this place, this desert, surrounded by beauty and challenges. We will be there for you, the angels, the support of non physical energy all around you. You have only to keep walking, keep listening to the voice within, keep moving through the daily activities until you find a brief piece of shade with food and water. Mourn your childhood stories. They were wonderful, but it is time to move past them. Keep going. You can do this. You are moving every day in the direction of every desire because you have the thoughts, actions and words of someone who loves herself. That is all.

This is a picture of a mother and her child. They are looking up at the sky. What are they thinking? Who knows but them. This is the essence of today’s lesson. It is the lesson of your own energy field, which is yours and yours alone. If anyone tries to influence you with their thoughts, ideas or beliefs, it is you giving this person permission to invade your energy and put another’s attitudes into your experience. You do not have to do this.

What is it you believe? What is it you feel “light” about? What is it that fills your heart with a feeling of expansion and making a difference in the world? These are the things that are yours. When you take on another’s beliefs, sometimes it is serving to you, expansive for you. It is if it makes you feel expanded. It is not if it makes you feel constricted. Make a list of 10 things you believe. Then, look at those beliefs, use your eyes to see the words and then ask yourself how that belief makes you feel. It doesn’t have to be a belief that is “good.” It doesn’t have to be anything you judge as either good or bad. It just has to be real for you. We will give you this example. This channel believes,

1. That all life is created for the purpose of expansion and evolution.

2. All life is sacred to the extent that it promotes expansion and evolution.

3. Life is not sacred when it denies expansion or evolution, when it kills, harms and maims other life forms.

4. Life is meant to teach us, expand us, evolve us as human beings and as spiritual beings.

5. We are here to support each other on this journey.

6. We are here to assist each other in this “road” of expansion, evolution and transcendence from homo sapien to homo spiritus.

7. We can make a difference in the lives of those we touch with our attitudes, our smiles, our willingness to share our authentic self and not compromise our ideals.

8. We can be something powerful in this world if we allow ourselves to let go of fears keeping us small and embrace the truth that we are all angels on earth, walking as energy and form, together as spiritual beings having human experiences.

9. We are allowed to feel what we feel, process it and figure out how it is coming into our energy field for our expansion. We are allowed to forgive. We are allowed to love ourselves unconditionally.

10. We are all “in this boat together” and what affects one, affects all. Therefore, it is the belief of this channel that her actions are a reflection of how she wants the world to treat her, to affect her as a human being in this lifetime. She will walk in this world as someone who knows that her actions have an impact greater than her immediate surroundings.

These are the things she believes. These are the things she has written down for this exercise. All of them are expansive in that they support life. Do you see how you make a difference in the world by what you believe. Not all of these beliefs are “hers.” Some of them she adopted from other sources, but they felt light to her, so she allowed them into her field and over time they did become hers. You have many beliefs in your field. Not all of them are yours. Many of them are not. They only become yours when you have spent so much time accepting them that the distinction between the energy that came from another and your energy are no longer discernable. Then you have adopted this belief and it is yours to pass on.

You pass on beliefs every day. With every word, every thought, every action, you pass on beliefs. Pass on a belief today that makes another feel lighter. That is our download for today. You must examine your beliefs. Write down 10 beliefs you have. Look at them with your eyes and see which ones are expansive. Decide which ones to keep. Decide which ones to let go of. Your experience of life is your choice and your choice alone. What you accept from others is a choice. That is all. It is done, it is done, it is done. That is all. These are not twins. It is trick photography. They are mirror images of one another. You have a world out there mirroring you. It mirrors your attitudes, your thoughts, your beliefs, your challenges that you are facing in energetic terms. Everything you do is mirrored inside yourself and everything you are is mirrored outside yourself. The changes you make within are reflected outside. Let us begin.

This writer, this channel, had a dream. In it she was at a party and no one was welcoming her at this party. It was her party, but she was rejected by all who were there, even her children. She went upstairs, to another place and found solace there, a book to read, quiet and happiness, even though she was alone. It didn’t matter. This was a place she could find peace. It was a place she could breathe and be herself. It was a place she could find happiness. So, you are at a party. How is it going? Find where you are wanted. Find where you are comfortable. Find where you can be yourself and go there.

This party is called life. You will have many encounters. Not all of them will be pleasant. If you encounter a situation or a person that is rejecting you, find out in yourself where you are being the mirror for this person. What part of you do you need to accept? What part of you is rejecting another? What part of you is creating this unpleasant situation so you may grow from it. Never resist an unpleasant situation. Instead, look within and find out where you are being a mirror for yourself. Now, take your body and place it where it is comfortabl so you can have this time to reflect. Do not remain in the unpleasant situation for any longer than you have to. The point is to recognize it, accept that you are a mirror for all your life and that everything is a reflection of an internal landscape, go to a place where you are comfortable and find the thing you are mirroring. Then you can do something about it.

We tell you this now because it is time, always time, to accept full responsibility for your life as you see it. You are given this message now because at Lesson 53, you are ready to hear it and understand it: You are responsible for your life. Make no one else responsible for it. Make no one else “to blame” for anything you are experiencing. Everything is you. Everything is you. Everything is you.

We say, take today to reflect on where you are comfortable and where you are feeling rejected. This exercise will assist you in creating the changes still necessary before full abundance can be known to you. You must look within and discover where you are being a mirror for all you are calling “unpleasant” in your life. It is all a necessary experience for your expansion. None of it is to be judged. Yet judge you do. You judge everything as “good” or “bad.” Instead see all as a learning opportunity and get to know yourself. In doing this, you create much expansion. We say, do this today, recognize where you are being rejected and take the time in a comfortable place to be at peace with yourself and understand where you are reflecting in your outer world an internal landscape that no longer suits you or the dreams you have created for yourself. Do this now. That is all. It is done, it is done, it is done. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all.

Now. Go, be with yourself and study your internal landscape. Where are you feeling rejected? What part of you is that mirroring? That is all.
