The brain is there, right? You know you have one. Does this baby know he has a brain? No. Yet, it is still there. So, let us say, you do many things with your brain that you are not conscious of doing. Any person can tell you that. Why are we saying it? We want you to know that your brain works on your behalf. It works to keep you alive, but there are many things “happening” in your brain for which you have little or no awareness. This is always the first step to any “retraining,” realizing things are happening for which you may not be consciously aware. Unconsciousness to consciousness and you are 99% there. So, let us examine what is unconscious and make it conscious. We start with choices.
Yesterday, we asked you to be aware of your choices. You have many choices in a day. You perceive most of them as non choices, and yet we say everything is a choice, even the belief to think of choices as non choices. So, you walked through your day, being aware of all the choices you make in a day. Hundreds. Thousands. You have multiple choices per minute. It is even a choice to put these fingers on a keyboard in a certain order, to create certain words. The writer does not think of them as choices, as she is translating energy, but it is a choice to do what she is doing. It is just as valid as her choosing to type, “gheoihglkkjkzk dhoeen;kjfakjdlk.d.” She chooses to type words that her readers will understand, that are an aspect of the group consciousness, whereby groups of humans agree to certain parameters, such as language. It is her choice in this instance to adhere to group consciousness and to type words of her language, instead of, “wgjkjaifioe diosklgsdj;akl.”
The first part of retraining your brain is noticing the choices you make, even the “non choices” that are choices. The second is telling your brain to “open.” We mean this quite literally. Your brain will open when you ask it to. It will open its energetic field to see more of the inputs in its environment. It will see the energy of its environment, sensing energy and using that “input” in its “assessment” of its environment. We say, this is evolution. It is movement from a purely animal-type response, which uses only a few of the senses available to the brain in making assessments, to a “homo-spiritus” response, which uses all of the senses, including the sense to feel energy. Everyone has this sense. Only some choose to use it. You can say to your brain, “Open up. Use all your senses, including the sense to feel energy.” Then, it will obey. A brain is a servant. You treat it like a master. Tell it, it is your servant. It will bow to you. It has to. That’s what servants do. That is has “taken over” as the ruler of you is only its default setting when you were choosing to be unconscious. This is the old you, no? The new you is choosing to be conscious. We will come back tomorrow with more tips for retraining your brain. Today, we want you to practice telling your brain who is boss. It is you. You are the boss. You are not your brain. You are energy. You are an angel. You are a vibrating being of light. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
