Daily Message. Exercise 10. This day is a perfect day.

You have heard it before, “Appreciate life. Appreciate all that you have. Appreciate each day. Appreciate the gifts you have been given. Etc. Etc. Etc.” You know this. Still, it can be difficult to wake up in the morning. It can be challenging to smile at the inconveniences of your day, the unexpected events that make life “more difficult.” Well, we are here to tell you it is a perfect day. Whatever is happening, it is perfect. It is perfect in its difficulty. It is perfect in its challenges. It is perfect in the struggle to wake up in the morning. There is nothing to “fight” in life. There is only expansion. It is possible to be conscious of life’s perfection and still want to sleep in, in the morning! There is no contradiction other than the ones you make up in your own mind. Today, we will show our minds that perfection is everywhere.

1. Go to your day and say, “Hello day. You are perfect. Just the way you are, is perfect. I am here to experience this day. That is all.”

2. Now. Go, have your day. Know that it is perfect. It has challenges. It has events that feel “hard.” It has joyful moments. It has uneventful moments when you “wish” there was more excitement. It has everything in it. There are so many frequencies to experience. It is perfect. Each day is perfect.

3. In the evening, say this: “Thank you, day. You have been what I needed for expansion and growth. I am here, ready to receive your blessing in sleep. I love you. That is all.”

Do you see how simple it is to embrace each day, no matter what it “looks” like in your terms of “good” and “bad?” There is nothing to fight. It will be what it will be. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you. Now, go, welcome your day.
