Daily Message. Exercise 12. What is reality?

What is reality? We would like to explore this question today with an exercise. It is exercise 12 in this series. We have 100 exercises for you. They will come over 5 weeks. They are given to expand you gracefully and effortlessly. You will be changed after exercise 100. This, we promise. For now, let us explore, What is reality?

What is reality? Do you have an answer? Do you have a “one thing” it is? Is it form? Is it energy? Is it God? Is it angels? Is it blood, sweat and tears? Is it love? Do you have a “one thing” that is reality?

We say, reality is everything you say it is. Do you say it is your body? So it is. Do you say it is energy? So it is. Do you say it is “difficulty?” So it is. Do you say it is “ease?” So it is. Do you say it is your connection to the angel that you are? So it is.

We say, Choose today what your reality is. Make it your “one thing.” To do this, take a piece of paper and write, “My reality is …” Then, put it somewhere. You do not have to see this piece of paper. It does not have to be on your mirror or in your refridgerator! You can hide it away in a drawer forever more, but it is there, giving its energy to your life. Do this now. That is all.
