You are a powerful human. Do you know how powerful you are? Do you know how much you create? In your life, everything around you is created by you. This you have been told. Many spiritual teachers tell you this. And yet, do you know? Do you really know? Take a look around you. Do you see this world? How do you see it? It is your creation. Everything around you is your creation. It is more the creation of you, human, then it is of any god, any angel or any other energy being you personify. You are the energy. You are the angel. You are the god, the piece of All That Is, miraculous and beautiful and very, very powerful. Take your power today. It is a day for understanding your power. That is all.

1. Go to the mirror and look at yourself. See the human you are. It is a “normal” human. You have all the attributes of a human. You have a nose, a mouth, ears and eyes. You see. You hear. You speak. If you are reading this and are missing one of those attributes, you are still powerful. It is that you have chosen to incarnate missing one of these attributes for the learning. So, worry not, or fear not, if speach is not your attribute, or hearing is not your attribute, or seeing is not your attribute. You are human. That is enough. It is all the power you “need” just to be human, in that body. We say, Go to the mirror, see this body. See this human. If you cannot see it, feel it. Feel it with your hands. Feel all around it. Feel every part of it. Feel it and know it. See it and know it. That is all.

2. Now, say to this mirror, or to this body, “You are my servant. You will do as I command. You will go where I tell you to go. You will say what I tell you to say. You will hear what I tell you to hear. You will see what I tell you to see. This is the Law and it is so.”

3. It is the Law. What you say you will say, you say. What you see, you will see. What you hear, you will hear. And, you, angel, have created it all. Tell your body who is in charge today. It is your servant. Treat it as such. Make no more compromises of your power because you believed you were not in charge. Who is in charge? You are in charge, angel. You are in charge.

4. Take this day to feel your body move through the air. Feel your servant serve you. Feel your body accept your commands. Feel your body resist your commands. Ask yourself why your body is resisting when it is resisting. You need no firm answers today. Just notice your body. It is your servant. Take the time to observe your servant today. This is how you will reclaim your power. You will reclaim it one “notice” at a time. You will reclaim it as you observe and command, command and observe. Do this today. It is your day to observe and command your body. This is the exercise of today. From here, you will know your power, and the power you have to create. It is a good day. It is a powerful day.
