Daily Message. Exercise 17. You are with hope today.

The world is a family. Yes, a family. You are a family. In this family, there are young and old, boy and girl, men and women, leaders and followers, children and grownups, teachers and teachers, all.

You are one the family. With your family, you have much hope, because you are not alone. You have this group with whom to share your life, to live and to die. You are not alone. You always have hope.

So. Today, we will do an exercise of hope. It is an exercise to give you the sense that you are part of a global family and never alone. You are a soul among many. You have so much support. You have so much love. You have so much energy around you. You are never alone.

1. Take a piece of paper (we like pieces of paper smile) and write, “I am in a family.”

2. Take this paper with you today. Have it with you as you go about your day. Have this piece of paper with you as you order things, like your coffee. Have this piece of paper with you as you walk through the streets. Feel it in your hand. Look at those around you and know, they are your family.

3. You have hope. You have all the hope in the world. Do you see that child? The child represents hope. Do something wonderful for a child today. Give hope the message that they are treasured gems in this world. Be kind to a child today. It is everything. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.

Now. Go, find your paper. It is all you need to do today. Write, “I am in a family” and be kind to a child. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
