This is a day for seeing. We are not saying, See with your eyes. We are saying, See with your energy. Feel that which is around you as energy. Even the chair upon which you sit has energy. These are the things we do today. We send you on an adventure of seeing. Let us begin.

1. Sit where you are and feel the chair underneath you. Or, whereever you are sitting. Feel that thing. If you are standing, then sit. Find a place to sit. Even if it is on the ground. Even if it is in the middle of the elevator. You will make an interesting statue, sitting in the elevator as it travels up or down! We say, Sit and feel this thing you are sitting on underneath you. It is holding you up with molecules and vibrations. How amazing! How wonderful that molecules can be so supportive! Now. What is the energy of this chair? Is it an energy of warmth? Or is there coldness there? What is the chair saying to you? Is it saying, “Get off me now!” Or is it saying, “Stay here. I love you.” What is the chair’s energy saying?

2. With this exercise, you will practice feeling the energy of things. You will connect to the object in energy. You will close your eyes and “see” the object in its energy. You will make the connection between your hands and its energy. You will feel the transfer of energy from your hand to the object and from the object back to your hand. You will practice knowing objects as energy. You will start with your chair. You will move into eveyr other thing you touch today. You will hold your toothbrush and feel energy. You will walk to the kitchen and feel energy beneath your feet. You will put a morsel of food into your mouth and feel its energy. What is the energy of that food? Have you ever thought about that? Think about it now. See with energy everything around you today. We are practicing, practicing, practicing. We are gently moving into perceiving the world through spiritual eyes instead of physical ones. Your eyes are a tool. Your heart is your eye. Your heart is your perceptor of energy. See with your heart today and feel the energy of everything. Take a moment to really sense the energy of this chair. What is it? You have the skills to know. Use them. You are expanding. You are expanding into knowing yourself as energy. This is our way. We are energy. You are expanding to knowing yourself as the angel you are, the angel you have been always, the angel you are now. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
