We are using our voices again today. Yesterday we practiced hearing ourselves speak with neutrality, without emotion. It was an exercise to understand how words have power. They are infused with our emotions and have great power. They give ourselves the choice to expand our energy field or to keep it static, that is, where it is now. Today, we will use the power of words to expand our energy field. We say, let us begin.

1. Say, “I am human,” with a smile on your face. Say it with love in your heart. See how that feels. Do you understand? By saying it this way, you expand yourself. You accept yourself. With your acceptance, you create room for expansion. You have given up resisting your humanness. It is what you are. It is a miracle. You are a miracle. You are loved beyond measure. You are supported beyond measure. You are celebrated beyond measure. Love yourself. Accept yourself. Say, “I am human,” with as much love and joy as you can muster. It will expand you to do so. Now. Let us go to exercise 2.

2. Say, “I am angel,” with as much love and joy as you can muster. It is expansive to say so. It celebrates your essence as everything divine. It creates the space for you to expand. It gives you permission to love yourself as energy and to accept that not everything is “the body.” It creates light in your energy field. It connects you to your energy body, the field that exists around you. It moves you into that field and puts your mind beyond the “confines” of skin. You are divine. You are energy. You are an angel. Celebrate yourself as such. Say, “I am angel,” with love and joy in your heart.

3. Now. Say, “I am soul,” with love and joy in your heart. You are soul. You are vibrations. You are frequencies. You are a consciousness that expands beyond this lifetime into many lifetimes. You are a point in the infinite field of consciousness and you are eternal. You are more than eternal. You are All That Is. You are the beginning and the end. You are star dust. You are in all dimensions.  You are an aspect of All That Is and your soul is the mechanism that experiences. It is your bridge between your humanness and your angelic essence. It is your thread between worlds and dimensions. It is a holy part of you. Celebrate it. Love it. Say it. “I am soul.” You are these things. Say them with love and joy and feel the power of your saying them with love. They will expand you. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you. It is done. It is done. It is done.
