You are a part of a family. No matter how “alone” you appear “on the outside,” you are with a family. You call this family humanity. It is more than humanity. It is angels, souls and humans. You are, quite literally, “in this together.” What is your message to humanity? Are you going to choose compassion? Are you going to choose love? Are you going to choose fear? You have a choice. It is always a choice what you give to your family. This writer, our channeler, has been having many dreams about family. She is always with family in her dreams. They are with her in her sleep. They are with her in her waking consciousness. She is with a family. She has a family. So do you. No matter how alone you are, you are with a family. We say, let us discuss our voices again. It is “Using your voice to expand, part 2.”

1. Take a small moment, 30 seconds at most, to say, “O-ah.” We are asking you to chant much these days. It is a “wonderful” way to connect with your inner angel and to express yourself in an expansive way with your voice. You are conditioned to be silent in your culture. You are conditioned to be hushed with your voice. We say, we are encouraging you to use your voice and to chant. Chanting is a sacred way in which you can connect with your spirit. We say, you can chant “O-ah” for less than 30 seconds at a time and still connect with your inner angel. Time is irrelevant. You are making the connection by using your voice. It is enough.

2. Say “O-ah” every hour. It is easy. It is unnatural to you to make this commitment. It is strange for you to use your voice in this way. Still, we say, you are asking to expand. In that, there will be “things” that feel uncomfortable. It is not hard, just uncomfortable. You are “worried” about how you will be perceived. You are worried others will find you strange if you chant in the middle of your day, while you are in public. We say, find a place to do this. Go to the bathroom. Find a quiet corner. Use your voice softly. Make it so no one will  hear you, but you. You must hear yourself. You must know you are connecting with the angel that is you. You must be brave enough to make the connection with yourself. This is not a joke. This is not a dance where you are “leading.” The ego wants to lead. It wants to say, “I do not need to chant to make myself expanded.” We say, “Yes.” Chanting will make you expanded. It will bring you close to your spirit, the angel that you are. It is the sound of creation you make when you chant this, “O-ah,” and it will connect you to the universe and make things happen. You are encouraged to be brave. You are encouraged to do these things that feel uncomfortable right now because you are not used to doing them. You will become used to doing them. We say, you are our beautiful sons and daughters. How we love you! As a child, you were asked to do things that felt uncomfortable. You questioned why they had to be done. Now, you do them without even thinking. We say, that time has come now. It is time for you to do things you find uncomfortable, but that you will understand in your maturity are so necessary for expansion. Connecting to your inner angel is necessary for expansion. Connecting to your inner spirit is necessary for expansion. Connecting to your inner vibration is necessary for expansion. Connecting to the universal vibration is necessary for expansion. You are asking to expand. We are telling you how. So, go, expand. Put it in your schedule to chant “O-ah” every hour today. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you. It is done. It is done. It is done. That is all.
