Daily Message. Exercise 32. Is your heart alright?

We use this picture today as a metaphor. This baby is messy, but happy. He has eaten his fill of something delicious and is satisfied, but covered in it. We want to say, that life is like this too. You eat that which will expand you energetically. You eat your sorrow, your anger, your joy and your fears until you are satisfied and you have learned from them. Then, you look down and see what a mess you have made of yourself. You are like this baby, energetically. It is true. Laugh. For it is true. Growth and expansion can be messy. That is to be expected. It is what “happens” with energy. It is an unjudgement. It is. So, today we do an exercise to check in with your heart. Is it alright? Let us begin.

1. Breathe in. Feel the breath fill your lungs. It is protecting your heart, this air, in a very literal sense. It is filling your body with air and bringing oxygen to your blood cells. Yes. This is what we ask today, for breath.

2. Now. Feel the beat of your heart behind those lungs. Put your hand there. Put your hand where your heart is. Feel the energy there, even if it is not the literal “feel” of your heartbeat. Breathe. Ask, Are you alright, heart? What is the answer? Are you tuning in to your heart? Are you feeling its energy? Are you feeling your connection to the sacred heart chakra? Are you asking a question that your heart can answer? It is your day for asking questions of your heart. Check in with it often. It will expand you. Checking in with your heart chakra will expand you. Do this today as often as you think of it. Put your hands over your heart and ask, Are you alright heart? Then listen for the answer and breathe. It is done. It is done. It is done. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you.

Now, go, breathe and be with your heart.
