Daily Message. Exercise 37. It is enough. Take a day to celebrate you.

We say, hello. How are you? Have you celebrated yourself yet today? No? Well, it is time. You are worth celebrating. We say, you are worth celebrating every day. Let us begin with a way for you to celebrate yourself right now that is easy and something you can do every day. We say, always celebrate yourself. It is one way to connect with your inner essence, the angel that you are and be the energy that you are now and forever more. So, let us begin.

1. Take a piece of paper. We say, paper is useful. On it, you can write many beautiful thoughts. You can also release negative ones that no longer serve you. We are going to write something on this paper that you will leave somewhere, to be forever given to life, the force of universal vibration that exists everywhere and always as frequencies. So. What will you write on this piece of paper? We won’t say. Choose something that is worth celebrating and that you can leave somewhere for someone else to feel good and to celebrate his or her self on this planet. Our author, the one writing these transmissions, will write, “You are enough. Today is a good day to celebrate you.” She is folding up her paper and placing it among the napkins of her table in this cafe. That is all. She is affirming her own worth and offering this sentiment to another. Who knows who will see this paper. Maybe no one will. That is ok. The energy is here. It is offered. That is enough. It is all that is needed for today.

2. Now, go, and write your sentiment. Make it loving and celebratory. You are enough. Celebrate you. Celebrate another. Take this exercise with you and do it often. It will always have the effect of placing loving energy into the earth. You are enough. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all. Now, go, and write. It is done. It is done. It is done.
