As you expand, you are seeing the world differently. This cannot be “helped.” You are expanding and understanding that all is energy and that everything is a vibration. This is the way of an expanded mind. You are seeing the frequencies in things. You are judging less because you are understanding that a situation is a mere reflection of a frequency. Nothing is “out to get you.” There are only vibrations and frequencies to which you willingly respond, given your vibration and the choice you make to attach to another’s vibration or not. Here is an exercise to “detach” from another’s vibration if you feel it was an attachment made in blindness. That is, if you made that choice without your conscious awareness. You always did make a choice. Expansion is a process of bringing choice and consciousness together, so that your choices are made with you knowing and understanding you are making them. That is all. Let us begin.

1. When you are faced with a situation, person or object that is in your field of experience, yet bringing you no vibration of joy or pleasure, you have made a choice to attach yourself to a vibration that can teach your soul a valuable lesson, even in its unpleasantness. However, you have a choice to detach from that vibration. Here is your prayer, “Divine angel within me. I accept that I am responsible for this choice to attach myself to this person, situation or object. I am responsible for my life. I know and understand this. Now, I ask for your assistance in removing my energy from this person, situation or object so that we each may move on to new soul lessons. I thank you. I thank myself. For I am the angel of this prayer, fully capable of bringing myself a new experience. In the name of All That Is, Amen.”

That is all. It is easy to make different choices. We say, be conscious of your choices. Know that everything is a choice. If you are realizing you have made a choice that is no longer serving you, say this prayer to ask for something different, from you, by you and for you. You are the angel responsible for your life. Be with yourself in total love and acceptance. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all. Now, go, say this prayer to something, someone or a situation for which you are no longer receiving joy. That is all. It is done. It is done. It is done.
