The child holds the rock. This is what you see. What else is there? There is a life. There is a mother. A father. Siblings, perhaps? Perhaps not. There is a thousand different things you could say about this one hand, holding this one rock. Today, we “Without look.”
1. Take a second to close your eyes. Then open them. What do you see? Name 10 things you see, right now, before your very eyes. Understand these things as doorways to infinite vibrations. Who made the chair on which you sit? Where did it come from? What mysteries does it hold in its travels from the beginning of its life to you? You are the observer of infinite vibrations. Look without today and see them all, or as many as your system can handle.
2. When you have finished counting your 10 objects around you and understanding their connection to infinite vibrations, say something to someone, or even yourself out loud, about two of the objects you are observing. “Where did that chair come from? Maybe it was made by a man who lost his wife. What is the story behind that pciture? Maybe there was a magical day in which she felt truly connected to her soul and painted that picture in less than five hours. What is the origins of that blanket? It has a unique color. Are you seeing the light reflect off of that lamp like I am? It’s beautiful.”
Do you see what we are having you do here? We are asking you to see the connection to vibrations you have everywhere, in every object and in every story. Do this exercise every hour. Close your eyes for a second. Open them. Count 10 objects around you. Then connect yourself to the vibrations to at least two of them. Do this by wondering where they came from, who made them, what jourrney they had to you, and so on. Take a moment to appreciate the complexity of your world and its system of commerce that allows things to travel all over the world to you. It is magical. You have the capacity to appreciate. We say, appreciate in this day by looking without and seeing the vibrations of things. You can do this. We say, you can do this. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
We return tomorrow with a new exercise. For now, go, close your eyes, open them and begin counting. See what magic you can find in this day. We love you. That is all.
