Daily Message. Exercise 41. You are the thing you say you are.

Good morning. Or, good evening. What time of day it is, is of little importance. What matters is that a piece of your day has been dedicated to you. You are choosing to love yourself when you read a message of meditation from the angels. We say again, these angels writing these messages are the vibrations of you, in your pure, angelic essence, when body is not present and you are residing in the flow of all consciousness, the field that is everywhere and in everything, ever present in all realities and all dimensions and all planes of existence. You are “above” the field of consciousness in your purest of pure forms, the energy of the angel, the vibration that exists as pure, unconditional love, the hum of the universe, the Om of All That Is. This is you. We speak to you. You speak to yourself. We love you, we love you, we love you. Now. Let us begin.

1. Today we do an exercise to solidify the connection between your words about yourself and your thoughts about yourself. You are challenged today to study every word you say about yourself. You are challenged to write them down. You are challenged to be conscious of your thoughts about yourself. You are challenged to be aware of your thoughts translating into words when it is yourself about which you speak. You are challenged to write everything down you say about yourself and study it. You are challenged to ask a friend to help you in this. You are challenged to ask your partner for assistance in this. You are challenged to create a log of words you are using about yourself. This will be revealing. It is that we believe you are ready to see, with certainty, what you are saying and believing about yourself. Today is your day to be with your words about yourself. It is your challenge to write them down and to be aware of your thoughts about yourself. With this consciousness will come much more expansion. With your consciousness about yourself, you open up to being conscious about your beliefs and thoughts about others. When you begin to bring awareness to your unconscious thoughts and beliefs about others, you reveal more thoughts and beliefs you are holding about yourself. It is a cycle of self discovery. We are asking you to start today with a catalogue of thoughts, turned into words, about yourself. This will form the basis of much of our upcoming exercises. It is a revealing exercise we suggest today. We say, thank you for taking the time to be with yourself today in this way. It is loving to self to do this. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all.

2. Now, go, begin with this challenge. It will teach you much and you are needing this conscious awareness of your beliefs.
