You have heard the expression, “The sky is the limit.” Well, it really is true. Only let us replace “sky” with consciousness. The consciousness in which you operate, from which you “pull” your responses and reactions to events in your life, expands as you expand. You have more at your call when you understand how energy works and that all is energy. So, let us begin.

1. Today we will play a game. It’s the game of options. For every thing you do, think of two other things you could be doing also. Make your day of playing this game fun. It can be silly options, serious options, truly fantastical options, realistic options, options with your words, options with your actions, options with your thoughts, options, options, options. Today we are playing with options. We are expanding our consciousness by understanding that for every choice we make, other choices exist. This is how we will move to the next point of consciousness, which is always being aware of our choices, by always being aware of our options. We say, today is a fun day of a game. It is a game of options. Wherever you make a choice, come up with two other choices that could have been instead. It is your day to play the game of knowing how options are always available and that your choices are always choices. We will give you an example. Our author, the one who channels these messages, has a ritual of morning coffee. This is easy enough. It is what she does everyday. However, today, for this game, she is going to make her coffee, but consciously think instead, “I could be making tea, or I could be drinking water. Instead, I am drinking coffee.” Then, when she goes to have breakfast, she will say, “I am eating toast. I could be eating fruit, or I could be eating brownie.” Then, when she goes to dress for the day, she will say, “I am wearing this. I could be wearing this, or I could be wearing that.” Today is a day of playing with our options. We are saying, sometimes you may say, “I am going to the store. I could be going to Mexico in the car instead, or to the airport for a trip to the furthest place I can imagine.” You will not be “seriously” thinking of doing this. However, by understanding your options, you are understanding your choices. This is expansion. Play with this game today. Have fun. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
