The baby knows not that there are other people in the universe besides it and its mother when it is first born. It learns to accept other faces and other voices, but still lives with the concept that she is the center of all universes until maturity teaches her otherwise. It is also true that the baby never stops believing she is the center of the universe. It is true that you are the center of your universe. Where else is its center besides in your perspective? What other center is there but your own? You will always be the center of any universe that matters to you. So, let us begin.
1. Today, we are talking about universes. A universe is a perspective. It is true of all universes. Each one exists as a “different” perspective. Your universe of planets and stars and black holes is a perspective of the three dimensional construct of space and time. It is but one perspective. However, collectively, as a species, it is the perspective of your dimensional reality and it is accepted by all as “real.” Of course it is real. It is the reality of your perspective. It is the center of your thought landscape. From the knowing you are in a universe, you can begin collecting other thoughts. The first thought is, “I exist.” Yes. You exist. You exist in a universe. That is the center of every thought. The exercise for today is to take the time to meditate for 10 minutes on the thought of your being the center of the universe. Where does this take you? You exist. You exist in a universe. You exist as the center of your universe of perspective. What is it that is unique about this universe of your perspective? It is “high time” you made meditation a daily exercise. Now is the time to contemplate the universe of your perspective. It is going to expand you. It will stretch you out into the perspectives of every other perspective’s universe. Yes. You understand? By contemplating the centeredness of your universe, you realize how similar the experience you are having to being an aspect of All That Is, is to every other human’s experience. You are all experiencing a perspective. You are all experiencing a perspective of your own center of the universe. It is beautiful. It is miraculous. It is the way of a big “expanded soul” to know they are the center of their universe. You are certainly the center of yours. It is all for today. Now, go, meditate. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all.
2. You are the center of your universe. Meditate for 10 minutes on this today. That is all.
