Daily Message. Exercise 46. It is the throat we speak to today.

Today, we focus on your throat. We say directly to your throat, this exercise is for you. Put aside your “mind” and your “persona” and focus instead on that place between your head and your body, the neck, the place that holds your speaking apparatus. You have a throat. You use it speak to the world. We have an exercise for your throat today. Take your throat and say, “Ahhhhhh” and then say, “Ohhhhh” and then say, “Ahhhhhh” and say, “Ohhhhh,” and repeat. You can do this five times. We have given you this exercise before. However, before we spoke to your intellect. Today we speak directly to your throat. It is a difference. Your throat carries energy. It carries a cellular structure with consciousness. It carries a powerful wave of energy from your heart to your head. It carries much potientiality in it. It carries the potentiality of everything you will say, have said, could have said, or might say in the future. It carries the energy of everything you may or may not speak. Do you think this is an important chakra? Yes. We say, so important. We use this word, “important,” only to emphasize the sacredness of your throat. We say, all is One. Nothing is more important or less important than any other thing. We say, we have your language into which we place our codes. It is all appropriate. Fear not. You are all loved and all celebrated and all given this message in total acceptance of who you are now and where you are now. It is exactly as you have chosen for the growth of your soul. You are placed in these circumstances by the angel that you are. Today’s exercise is very simple. We will not even put numbers to it. We say, say “Ahhhhh” followed by “Ohhhh” five times and repeat throughout the day. Your throat chakra will thank you. That is all.
