What are you ready to accept? What are you ready to accept now and forever more? What are you ready to know is for your expansion, everything in your life is for your expansion, even those things that disappoint you. There are events in your life that you may not want to accept. There are events in your life that you are feeling sad about. There are events in your life that elude you and you struggle to accept that there was meaning in that event at all. Yet, there was. There always is. It is time to begin our meditation. Today we do a meditation to accept all that is. Do this quietly when you have time. For it will require your concentration. Let us begin.
1. Sit somewhere comfortably. Let your eyes close and your mind calm. Let your focus turn to the events that confound you. Why did that happen? Why did that thing happen? Why did that person hurt me? Why did that thing cause me so much pain? What does it mean? Why did it happen? I don’t understand. I don’t understand. I don’t understand. Now, go, to a place in your internal landscape where there is water. It could be an ocean. It could be a river. It could be a stream. It could be anything that has water. Now. Take that thing that you do not understand and place it on the shore of that water. Take it with your hand and gently move it toward the water’s edge. Take it with your hand and place it further and further into the water. What does the water say as you place it in its stream? What does the water say to you and to that object as you place it in the flowing source of all life, the water. Does it say, “Go away?” Does it say, “No. Not here! This thing is not welcome here?” No. It accepts your object. It takes it into its fold and carries it on down the river or across the ocean until it is no more, not for you, anyway. Perhaps another soul along another path will meet it some day, but then it will be for them to discard in the same manner you have just done. The water accepts your offering, in love and total acceptance. There is nothing that the water will not accept when given in this manner. Take the object and place it in the water. Thank the water for taking this thing and washing it away. Talk to the water. Tell the water what is troubling you, what has hurt you, what has disappointed you. Let the water know. The water will listen. Stay in your meditation talking to the water, watching the thing float away until you can accept that this thing has happened, you can accept it was for your expansion. If you need to come back to this water’s edge, come again. The water will always be here for you. The water will always be listening. You have the water in your mind’s eye to which to return whenever you are unable to accept what is. For what is, is. There is nothing you can do about it. Take the time to accept what is to change what is. That is the only way. The water is your friend in this meditation. It will help you accept what is, so that you may walk away from that shore and know so much more, how great this thing was for your growth, for your expansion. It is good. It is good. It is good. Take this day to meditate at the water of your mind’s eye and let float away all that you do not understand. Talk to the water and be still. For the water loves you and will be there for you on this day. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all. It is done. It is done. It is done. That is all.
2. Now, go, find your place of quiet, and meditate with the water. We love you. That is all.
