Daily Message. Exercise 48. It is a good day to be alive.

How often do you wake up and say, “Today is a good day. I am glad to be alive.” You start your day immediately thinking about the things you must accomplish in that day. That is what most humans do. You must accomplish nothing in this day. You have complete freedom. What you accomplish, or do not accomplish, you accomplish by choice and by complete agreement with your higher self, the angel that we are calling you every day, in every one of these messages. You are this angel and you are this human and you work together, like a team. You are both. You are also the soul that takes frequencies and turns them into emotions. You are this also. You are a multidimensional being, quite literally. You are everything you think you are, and more. Today is a day to be grateful for your life.

Let us begin.

1. You are going to write down on a piece of paper three things you are grateful for right now, in this moment. Then, throughout the day, you are going to add to this list, until your list reaches at least 50. Your challenge today is to sit down at intervals and write down everything for which you are grateful. It is easy when you look around you and see your blessings. We say, this is always a good exercise for humans. It is often the accomplishments of your day that is the point of your focus on any day, but your accomplishments are energy. They are only important to the extent of the energy they provide your soul for turning into emotions. So, what is the accomplishments of your day providing you? Is it joy? Is it fear? Is it frustration? Is it ease of living? Is it difficulty in living? What is it you could say is bringing you joy? These are the accomplishments on which to focus and give yourself  more opportunities to create them. This is the end of our daily message. We want you to find 50 things to be grateful for today and to write them down. That is all. It is easy. You can do this. We love you. We love you. We love you. It is done. It is done. It is done.
