Daily Message. Exercise 50. Congratulations! You are half way through!

Let us think of cake today. Do you like cake? If not, think of something you do like. Is it ice cream? Is it a doughnut? Is it a big pie? Whatever it is that makes you happy when you eat it, think of this. This is your celebration day. You have made it half way through these exercises. Your consciousness is expanding. You are growing in energy. Your field is bigger. You reach more humans than you did when you began. You are becoming the angel that you already were and always are, you are aligning the human part of you and the angel part of you and the soul part of you and becoming such an expansive human. It is magnificent to see in energy from our dimension, the dimension of angels. This is the dimension where you reside when you are not in body and not in lesson. It is your home. You are here now. We love you. Let us begin.

1. Take a moment to breathe in the image of this delightful treat you are giving yourself for completing half of the 100 exercises. It is a breathe of pure delight and celebration. Then, breathe out any fears you have at all. It is a day of celebrating and releasing what still lingers as fear from the ego. You are ready to let these things go. Let them go with your breath. The rest will come. Start with your breath and watch the fears you have float into the eternal mist of the atmosphere, never to return. They are dissapated and gone. Returned to Mother Earth, who will transmute them and make them food for all, her children, every one of you. So, breathe in your delight and breathe out your fear. Do this 5 times. It is all.

2. When you have finished, take a moment to congratulate yourself on this milestone. You are so wonderful, so magnificent, so miraculous, so worth celebrating. We celebrate you every day, even though we do not have “days” as you know them. It is done. It is done. It is done. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you.

Now, go, breathe.
