Daily Message. Exercise 52. It is a day for walking.

For the infant, learning to walk is both fun and challenging. We say, today is an exercise in mindful walking. Let us begin.

1. Every step you take today, understand its sacredness. Understand that you are here to move upon this earth. Understand that your feet are holy and give you every advantage on this journey. Understand that walking is a gift. Understand that you are blessed. Give it your full attention, the whole day, with every step you take. You are to walk with mindfulness all the day. Never forgetting what a sacred “job” it is you are here to do. Give it all of your love today, your walking. Make every step “count.” Give it your attention. Make it intentional, every step. Today is a day for mindful walking. That is all.
