You give off a light. Even in the rain, you are shining! You may call it an aura, you may call it an energy field, you may call it the ethereal body, you may call it whatever you like, but it is there. It is shining. It is you. Do you think you are only a body? No. By now, you are too expanded for that! You know you are more. Today we talk about your aura, the energy field around you, the light that shines for all to see. It is shining and people do see it. Even when they don’t know, they do. They are seeing it with their mind’s eye. The intuition that is within us all, all humans. You have a sense to read auras, whether you realize it at all. Let us begin.

1. Close your eyes. See a body in your mind’s eye. Any body. Use the color black to blur out the features of this body. Who it is does not matter. We are focussing on the energy around the body. See the colors shoot out from all around this body. There is every color. This color shoots out in all directions. It is like a rainbow of color fanning out from every cell. It is like a rainbow sun with a human core, the body you are holding in your mind’s eye. Now, take that image and place it on everyone you see today. Put the body on them. See the colors shooting out from their core, the body that they are. See the colors blaze all around them. Practice this. You will find it easier and easier with practice. Do not worry about “reading” an aura. We are not there yet. Today we simply meditate on the energy body and then put that vision onto every one we see. See what happens. It will expand you. How could it not? Putting every human within the context of their phsycial body and their energetic body is an expansive exercise. It will lead you to knowing more and to being more expanded in this lifetime. This is the end of today’s exercise. Practice. Practice. Practice. That is all. We love you. We love you. We love you.

2. Now, go, and meditate on seeing this body with the colors all around it. That is all.
