I would like to ask what steps I need to take to restore my health?

We say, step back and see your life as a soul, then an angel. I, archangel Michael, come to you, with my entourage of angels collectively called “Michael” and we give this offering to you. It is that many humans are wondering about their health. They want to be well. They want healing. They want to feel “connected” to vitality. Yet, their bodies fail them. Their spirits are wracked with dis-ease. They call out to healers, your medical doctors and anyone they think can help them feel better. We have said before, through other transmitters, that these things are valuable. Indeed, we have sent you Karin Becker to work with her crystals and the energy of Michael to create spaces of energy where healing can take place. Your biology is served by the work of your medical doctors. Your minds are served by the work of your mental health professionals. Every aspect of your society has a place in the expansion of your soul. Yet, we say this. Listen to us. You are soul before you are a body. And you are an angel before you are a soul. Every ailment is a message. Every unwelcome thought, including aches and pains, are messages from your soul. What the soul seeks is acknowledgement. It seeks acknowledgement of itself by you, its human counterpart. You, human, are here to learn. You are here to expand. We say this over and over again. There are those who do not wish to expand. They wish to stay where they are, living out their days as humans dealing with human problems. This we say is appropriate for them. We love them equally with those who seek our guidance. However, for those seeking our guidance, we say, we can help. It is through your soul that you find your angel. The angel that you are has no dis-ease. The angel that you are has no “problems.” The angel that you are has no fears. The angel that you are has no dark places. The angel that you are is light. The angel that you are is health. The angel that you are is unconditional love. So, we say, look to yourself as a soul. Then look to yourself as an angel. First, your soul. As a soul, you have a “series” of lives, all interrelated and affecting each other. It may be wise to seek counselling from someone who can see into past lives and take you through issues of soul that are affecting now, in your current incarnation. That is outside the scope of this message, but we would encourage anyone to do so who feels called to such a counsel-ment. Then, we would say, once you understand that what you experience in this life has many threads into other incarnations, seek deeper within yourself and find the angel. It is the angel that you are who is overseeing all this expansion for its glory, which is really just your glory. You think of yourself as separate. You think of yourself as a body only. And we say, you are much less a body than an angel. You have a body. Your body is for the experiencing in this lifetime. You say, but I don’t like what I am experiencing! We say, how can you turn that around to see that you are experiencing for your own learning and your own growth and that all is given in love and everything can be used for your expansion. It is not that we are saying, you have to like the pain. However, it is our saying that even the pain can be appreciated and “liked” for its presence as a tool in your life for growth. When you can see your “pain” has purpose, then you can begin to change it. You can begin to transmute it. We say, take the pain and bless it. Thank it for being there as a tool for growth. See how and where it can be utilized within your daily life to bring greater expansion. Is it through meditation, inner work and familiarity with your soul and the angel that you are? Is it through service and serving other souls who need your help more than you know that could distract you from the dis-ease and create healing? Is it the seeking of information about your biology or your soul that could bring greater understanding and healing? Look to where you are drawn. What feels “right” for you? Is it doctors? Is it healers? Is it past life practitioners? Is it angel card readers? Where is your interest taking you? Go there. For in that direction, you will find the path to healing. None of this is meant to “fix” the dis-ease. You are the only one who can fix yourself. The angel is in you. The angel is perfectly healthy. The angel is perfectly loving. The angel is light and love and sound and color and joy. Find this angel and you find the key to everything. But! We say, we cannot find the angel for you. THIS is your path. THIS is your path through many lifetimes. THIS is the reason you are here. In finding your angel, you serve the heavens and the cosmos and the galaxies and the dimensions and the realms and more than we could ever explain. So, go, be well. Find out about yourself. Take the time through meditation and reading and talking and being to understand you, your soul and the angel that you are. We say, keep coming here, to these daily messages.
