We say, “spirituality” is “over-rated! We say, enjoy your life. We say, do a happy dance every day of your life! We say, give yourself the gift of loving your life, and dancing in your life, and smiling in your life, and hugging in your life, and being “crazy for love” in your life. Laugh often! Live with a step in your jump, if you understand this reference. It is a “turn” of the saying, “Walk with a jump in your step.” Well, we say, put the step in your jump! Every once in awhile, you have something that comes “up” in your life that will make you pause, and become “spiritual.” It is the “step” of the jump. Otherwise, take life as a leap. A leap of hope. A leap of love. A leap of creative knowing, the leap of a human knowing he or she is creating every moment of experience. A leap of frivoloty. A leap of silly behavior “just because.” A leap of laughter. A leap of kind words. A leap of expansion.
You expand when you share qualities that make another feel expanded. You expand when you share words that give another a “swollen” heart. A heart filled with love, kindness and goodwill is a heart expanding and a heart that will expand. It is a heart that will touch others and create expansion for all. It is a heart that will heal the world. You are served by yourself when you offer things that expand. You know you are expanding yourself when you feel “more,” when you feel somehow “bigger in stature.” You are expanding with every kind word – to yourself and to others. Remember this! You are also included in everything you “do.” Especially you! So, for every kind word you give to another, give 10 to yourself. 20! 30! 40! 10,000!
You see. You are an angel. Angels do not insult themselves (this I can say truthfully as an archangel! You do not insult yourself, angel!). Angels do not have “feelings” of unworthiness, devalued-ness, non-allowance-ness of all things wonderful, unappreciation for the gift of existence and consciousness, with awareness as the greatest privilege of all. You are this angel. Love yourself as such! You are loving yourself with every gentleness. You are loving yourself with every smile. You are loving yourself with every hug (we say, hug yourself, too! Just wrap your arms around you and LOVE!). You are loving yourself with every giving of care to yourself. So, love yourself like the angel you are and you will find the angel you are and become the angel you are on earth. Then, life will REALLY become “interesting!”
When is it time to take a break from everything, including being “spiritual?” Right now. It is time to dance instead. Time to love yourself instead. Time to offer a kind word instead. These are spiritual acts and they will expand you and everyone around you. Then, you will leap to the next point of expansion and know so much of your magnificence. Go. Know your magnificence. Make someone smile today. We love you. We love you. We love you. That is all.
