You have so many wonderful things about you. Let us count them:

1. You are a beautiful human. You come with a soul, an angel aspect, human form and so much potential. You have everything within you. You are the whole universe in one body. You are so wonderful. We love you.

2. You have a mind that assists you through your life. It gives you forms of thought and makes you see meaning where there is only light and vibration.

3. You have an emotional body that gives you your feelings. It gives you passion and makes you feel alive. It is your center and the thing you came here to experience more than anything else, the range of emotions possible for the human. It is so wonderful. We love the emotional body of each and every one of you.

4. You have a support network consisting of angels, humans, family and friends, non physical and physical beings alike, all loving you. It is such a wonderful system of connection you have in this world. We love it so much. We love you.

5. You have a spirit that is your whole system of emotions and thoughts that come together in the ethereal world of your non physical existence. Your spirit is your connection to what is you eternally. It is you as the angel. It is you as the light and sound signature that rings throughout all the heavens and is so celebrated by us, the angels of light.

6. You soul is another thing, another miracle. It is the piece of you that exists as you throughout all your lifetimes, growing, expanding, learning, being taught by the angels. It is the piece of you that expands to the oneness that is already there and always there. It is the piece of you that expands to oneness with the angel and becomes one with it for all eternity. It is the piece of you that exists in your heart, as a small vibration of light that pulses in expansion throughout all your lifetimes. It is so beautiful. We love it so much. It is such a miracle. 7. We have this to say, everything about you is a miracle. Everything about you is a celebration. Everything about you is love. Everything about you is wonderful. You have an egoic aspect of you, that human part that wants to separate itself entirely from the spirit. It is the part that does not understand the system of connection that exists everywhere. It is the part that is learning to be connected to all the aspects. As a human, you start out as ego only, with your spirit and soul assisting you in learning that you are a person, an entity with thoughts, feelings and emotions that make up the you of your personality. Then, you learn to integrate the human part of you with the spirit part of you with the soul part of you. This may take many lifetimes, but it is so beautiful. We love you so much. You are our beloved-beings. You are our song-children. You are our color-light-sons-and-daughters. You are so loved. We love you so much. That is all.

What is the lesson today? You are a miracle. You are everything in your one body. You are the whole universe in just you. The lesson today is to see yourself as such and everyone else as such, so that you may know what it is to embody the vibration of true appreciation. Now that you have reviewed, you are ready for the next lesson. It is one of an advanced soul. You cannot exist here, in these messages, without having the maturity of someone who is ready to know these things. There are many humans in the world, each one on a soul journey of discovery. They are here to experience many things. Those that come here, to books like this, are ready for something that others are not. That is ok. It is all appropriate. You are all at different places as soul beings. There is nothing to judge. All will know themselves as soul beings, angel beings and light beings at some point. When is not the question. There is no time. It is all an illusion anyway. You have constructed it for your expansion. It is useful to you. You use it to learn. We have no such “time” in our realm. We just are. We exist as air exists. We come to you as teachers and as guides. We have no schedule. You have no schedule. You learn, you grow, you expand. You do it as you do it, in your perfection. No one is telling you, you have to be any different. As you are now is enough. That is all.

So let us begin. Today’s teaching is this: It is your destiny to be a manifestor of all that you desire. You will do this as a human, as a soul being, as an angel, as a light being. You will be a manifestor of that which you desire in an instant. It may not be now, but it will be. You are learning to exist on many planes. You are learning to master the human realm, the 3rd dimensional place you call home. You are learning to master other realms when you are not in body. You are learning to be a master of form, now and forever more. This is your destiny. It is why you exist. You are learning to take air and literally make it form. Let us explain:

We have with us a story. It is a story of manifestation. It was given to us by the soul who once died and came back to life. Her death experience changed her life forever. She came back to live a life of deep appreciation. Her life filled with so much goodness she could not explain it. She went out to lunch one day and said to her friends, “It is as if, if I said the word ‘apple’ an apple would magically appear in front of me.” To which, her friend reached into her bag and pulled out an apple to place on the table among them.

This woman was so in touch with the energy of manifestation that she could say something and it would appear. This friend has decided to put an apple in her bag that morning, without really thinking about it. It seemed like a good idea. It wasn’t something she usually did. She just picked up that apple and threw it in her bag and didn’t give it a second thought.

Now we all know there are no coincidences. On the soul plane, the two energies of woman A and woman B were working together in collaboration to make a great story, to be amazed, to have each of them learn an important lesson about manifestation and the possibility that exists in the cosmos. They were always working as a team. They only thought of themselves as separate beings in the surface level of waking consciousness. They had planned this out many nights ago in their dream sleep. They didn’t know this, but they did. Now, it is a fresh story for you. It lives again. It never dies. It continues to teach. It is eternal. It lives in consciousness forever. It is the lesson of possibility in manifestation. It is the lesson that anything is possible when you learn to work with the energy of manifestation.

Let us say this: This too is possible for you. It begins with the deep appreciation experienced by the one who almost died. She came back to know beyond knowing that life is a gift and a miracle and no moment is to be wasted. She knew beyond knowing that her life had purpose and that she could do anything. She was a great master of form. She had learned the technique of bringing ideas to form. It began with appreciation.

You can do this too and you don’t even have to die. You will die and you will learn many things in the in between time of one life and another. However, you can experience this now, this appreciation for life. We cannot tell you how. We can only tell you to go out there and see what there is to love and then give it love. There is everything to love. Start with something small and go out from there. Meditate every day on something to love. From your little toe to the whole wide world, there is something for loving. Concentrate on what you love and you will master form. This is our teaching for today. It is done, it is done, it is done. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all.

This is your final message of review before we return to new lessons. We want you to understand the importance of review before we move to new material. It cannot be “integrated,” we mean fully assimilated into your DNA, until you are clear on what you have learned. We are saying this, that you are asked always to take time for reflection. It is in the reflection that you can clarify what you have learned and fully integrate it into your DNA, making the changes that are permanent and will serve you for all lifetimes. Without review, you are becoming too impatient and you will go on to the next thing without fully integrating what you have already learned. This is like not learning it at all. It is our recommendation in these messages that you review and review until you are sure you understand. That is all.

So. Let us begin. 1. You are a spiritual being having a human experience. This is said in many places all over the world, in many books, by many teachers. Understand it. Do not continue until you understand. Take one minute to chant, “I am a spiritual being having a human experience.” Really understand this before moving on. That is all.

2. It is your spiritual side, your soul, higher self and energy makeup that is “in charge.” As a human, you have free will and will exercise your free will as a human. However, your energy makeup is directing you to situations and experiences that will assist you in your expansion as a soul. It is the spiritual side that brings forth the circumstances for which free will is put in play. Understand that. Before you move on, understand that point. Now. Spend one minute chanting, “I am a human and a soul and a being of energy.” That is all.

3. It is your energy makeup that we are calling the “angel self.” It is the angel of you that is moving through time and space and all dimensions as consciousness, light and sound. You have a signature that is pure energy that is recognized by other vibrations of consciousness and called a name, which is not human. It is a name of light and sound. You are recognized as this name by those in non form.

4. The angels you are calling “archangels, ascended masters, angels” are energy of such a vibration that they no longer require form. They are consisting of consciousness. They have light signatures like you do, but of such a magnitude it cannot be described. They are available at all times for you. They have frequencies able to hear your calls and respond to them. You are never alone. You have support everywhere. You have ways and means to be supported in everything you do, every day of your life. You are responsible for calling upon the support system that is available to you. You have your guardian angels, energy that is “assigned” to you at birth and will be with you always, and guardian angels that come and go as you expand, and archangels that can be accessed at any time with a simple word or thought by you that relays the message to come. That is all.

5. This energy of angels is not separate to you. You are part of a vast system of connection that is so grand it cannot be explained. However, we will say that is everything is One. Everything is part of the grand Oneness that is All That Is. Think nothing of your experience as separate. It is all a part of you. You are the whole universe, cosmos and all dimensions in your body. You are All That Is in your body. You are everything in your body. It is a miracle. Everything is described in you. What you are, All That Is, is. Do you understand? Everything is you and you are everything. Understand this point before moving on. That is all.

6. It is with head bowed and humble heart that the angels sing your praises. You have come to this earth as a being of energy to learn and to expand. You come here to grow as a soul. You come here to experience many things. Through the experiencing of them, you can experience yourself as you are, a part of All That Is. A greater honor we cannot think of then being a human. Love yourself as we love you. That is all.

7. Now. You are given many tools to experience a happy life, a life you define as pleasant. It will not always be so, but that is ok from the soul’s perspective. You must experience many things to truly understand what it is to be human. You must experience many things to understand the miracle of your humanity. You must experience many things to fulfill your contract to understand the energy of form. That is all.

8. Now. You are given many ways to understand what it is that you are. You are given this teaching. You are given books and teachers and songs and movies and plays and everything else conceivable to understand the message that you are a being of energy. You are given everything you need to know in every conceivable way. Stop saying you don’t know when you do know, you just haven’t turned that switch on yet. You know everything. It is all within you. If you have not turned on a switch yet, there is a reason. You will understand that reason when you are not in form. While you are in form, be open to the switches around you and turn them on as you are called. As you turn them on, you are expanded. That is all.

We say this: You have everything within you. There is never a need to go outside of yourself for anything. That so many teachers (including this one) have books and programs available is only a reflection of your need to look outside of yourself for what is inside. Do this as you must until you understand the point we are making here: nothing exists outside of you. It is all inside. That is all.

This is your movement into the home stretch. Let us review.
1. It is with head bowed and humble heart (in metaphorical terms, of course, for we are only energy) that we tell you, you are worthy. You are valuable. You have love all around you. You are a miracle. You are celebrated in heaven. You are given every praise. You are put in front of a great chorus and a song is sung just for you, such is our love for you.
2. You are making a difference. You are making a difference on this planet. Your presence matters. It is “good” that you are here.
3. It is our teaching that you are enough already for all you desire. You are enough for your desires. You deserve what it is that you want. There is nothing you have to do. There is nothing you have to be. Everything that you are already is enough to have a joyful life.
4. It is an abundant life you live already. You have abundance all around you. Our teaching is that you are better served by seeing the abundance around you than by thinking it is missing from your life. Abundance is everywhere. You are asked in this teaching to be conscientious in acknowledging it.
5. You are wanting prosperity when you want money, a car, a relationship or something else you find missing in your life. This thing that you want is energy and it is an energy that is already held within your field. To manifest what you want is an exercise of matching your energy to the energy of that which you want. Find out what the energy is of the thing (freedom, unconditional love, increased support, graceful service, etc.) and you will find ways to express it and experience it already in the life you are living now. Do this and you are setting the stage for the things to come into your life.
6. There is such a thing as timing. Your soul is the boss. You will not manifest things immediately if your soul is still expanding to a place where you can handle what you are manifesting. Be patient. For there is no race here. Everything can be enjoyed now. Life can be enjoyed now. Love can be experienced now. Everything you desire can be experienced in energy right now, no matter what you are doing, where you are living, or who you are with or without. It is your responsibility to put your life in the energy of that which you want, even if you do not have the thing. You are given everything to experience joy, even if you are dealing with challenging situations. You are responsible for your emotions and the energy you put out in the world.
7. It is our teaching that not everyone came here to be a millionaire and you must accept this. You must look past your desires for physical things and see your life in the context of a soul’s journey. This will be very helpful in all aspects of your life. The greater you can move out your perspective, the greater you can experience joy as a human being no matter what your life looks like. Joy is possible now. It is your perspective and your ability to see the world as a multi-dimensional, multi-lifetime, soul journey that will affect your joy in the moment. Take a moment every day to pull yourself out and see the bigger picture.
8. You are asked always to be grateful, to see what is good in front of you, to focus on that which is working in your life, to make room for gratitude in your life. It is this attitude that will serve you in your quest for happiness. To want something is to seek outside yourself for that which already exists within. Stop looking outside of yourself and see inside yourself that everything you ever wanted is there already, in your heart. This is the start of every good thing you will ever experience, the heart. Have a moment everyday to be grateful for your heart and move out from there, noticing everything that is worthy of love in your life and it is everything, even the things you are defining as “unpleasant.” Even these things are gifts. Be grateful.

You are entering the last phase of this teaching. We have done so much to prepare you for what is to come. We want you to know this: You are here to experience joy, along with the emotion you discovered yesterday, in that daily message. We are not here to tell you that you are destined for a life of struggle. Some of you will experience more struggle in human terms than others because you have designed it so. You have designed it this way for increased learning and expansion as a soul. Even in the midst of that “struggle,” you can experience joy. Joy is always possible. Joy is always a choice. Joy is always one thought away. Let us experience today the practice of moving our thoughts instantly to joy. This is a useful exercise for everything in your life. Let us begin.

First, spend a moment identifying with something painful, something unpleasant, something you wish had not happened. Do you feel that? It is not pleasant. It is not joy. It is not what you would choose to experience as a “regular thing.”

Second, take that thought and put it down the toilet. Literally, use your power of imagination and put that thought down the toilet. Watch it swirl, watch it be sucked into the pipe of the toilet never to be seen again. Do you look for your poop after it has gone down the toilet? Do you take apart the toilet and make sure you know where the poop has gone? Do you journey to the sewer to make sure your poop is there? None of these things are common experiences for a human. You let your waste go down the toilet and you move on with your life. That is all. Yet, with your emotions, you are like a poop explorer, going into the cisterns of your thoughts and mining every piece of poop you can possibly find. You love poop. You love watching it go down the metaphorical toilet of your mechanisms for coping with pain, both emotional and physical, then you love digging up the toilet and watching it some more and you love travelling all the way down to the poop plant to watch it be dissolved in amongst all the other poop. You love this. You do it so well. For this exercise, just watch it go down and pull up your pants. Walk away and have a metaphorical glass of water. That is enriching. That is invigorating. That is life giving. That is sustaining. That will take you to new heights of love and positive vibration, the vibrations you define as pleasant.

Thirdly, repeat. Every time you experience an emotion you consider unpleasant, notice it. Make enough of a connection between your experiences as a human and your emotions to notice what you are feeling. Then say, “I don’t like this. I think I’ll choose something else.” Then watch it go down the toilet. Let it swirl down and get sucked under. If there are any residual emotions coming up, let them be sucked down too. Honor this part. Honor the part where you watch your poop go down the toilet. It’s all a part of the human experience. Even poop serves a purpose. A great one. There is nothing wrong with poop. Let it go down and then say goodbye. That is all. After that, move yourself out of that metaphorical bathroom and take yourself to the metaphorical kitchen and have a metaphorical glass of water. This is the life giving substance that will sustain you. It is your connection to that feeling of joy. Have that glass of water. Feel it go down. Feel the water enter your body. Feel it fill you. Feel the cold, regenerative properties of H20. You can do this. Let it fill you. Let it permeate your every cell. Let it be with you as water is to the oasis in the desert, a miracle. It will save you. It will turn your body into a force of joy on this planet. Make sure you are drinking these metaphorical glasses of water every time you flush something down the metaphorical toilet. Also drink real water. It’s all connected. This will serve you greatly.

It is our deepest thought for you to become the person you came here to be. We say this to you, you all did not come here to be rich. Do you understand this? You came for many reasons. They were all emotional, experiential and soul-expanding reasons. They were not based on you becoming a millionaire. For many of you, the challenge is loving yourself now, without the millions.

You are deserving of everything. You are worthy of everything. You are loved beyond measure. You are celebrated and honored and given every praise here in heaven. We love you so much. We honor you. We celebrate you. We praise the day of the birth and the fact that you came here to be a human and to expand your soul. These are grand endeavors and we love you so much.

You are able to manifest whatever you desire. You are able to change your energy into the energy of that which you are desiring and make it possible for that thing to come into your field. These things are possible. They are always possible. The work you do to change your energy is the work you do to change yourself, to become the person you came here to be, expanding and learning to value yourself as we value you. We are always saying to you that you are infinitely loved. For it is so. For it is so. For it is so. That is all.

Now, today your task is to focus on the energy of that which you came here to experience. You came here to experience everything you have not yet experienced in another lifetime. What are the themes of your life? What emotion encapsulates the landscape of your life up to this point? Pick one or two. Think about it deeply. Really come down to one or two emotions that can summarize much of your life. These are the emotions you came here to experience. Now. Do you want to change that? Then, be conscious about that emotion and actively work to create the emotion of that which you do desire, in your field. Make it so you are feeling what you want to feel in your field now. What can you do to make yourself feel how you want to feel now? It is your task and responsibility to know what you came here to experience in emotions and then to actively shift your energy to match that which you came here to experience as you move through your day. When you want to feel joy, make it so. When you want to feel freedom, make it so. Ask your guides for help and support. We will always support you. We will always help you. We will always comfort you. When you are feeling something unpleasant, let it be. Thank it and then move yourself to a situation where you can bring in the energy of that which you want. You are responsible for your emotions. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all. It is done, it is done, it is done. That is all.

We are giving this message today: That the more you expand your field and offer yourself to the world as a being who loves and honors herself, you will find that you have more room for life. You will find you have more room for projects and doing things, living and enjoying all the human experience has to offer. You will find yourself saying yes to more because you can. You have the energy to accept new challenges and to take on new adventures. You have the expansion in your field that allows for more energy to come into you. This is what we say by abundance, enough-ness and prosperity. You are not adding more to your field because you have learned a secret to manifestation. You are adding more because you have the expansion to allow it. Then it feels easy. Then it feels graceful. Then it feels natural. Then it feels like to accept less is out of the question, for you are already so big in energy that you have room for all that you desire.

Manifesting is not about learning secrets. It is about having the energy capacity to accept that which the universe has available for you. To do that, you must match the vibrations of that which you want. And to do that, you must expand your field to allow for more vibrations to exist within your frequency. To do that, you have to love yourself unconditionally, so that all the vibrations that come your way are not rejected or resisted, but rather accepted and processed in love. This is the great “secret” if there is one – to love all that you are experiencing so that you can love yourself wholly. It is only that. Love yourself enough to accept that you will feel many things. Love yourself enough to accept that you will feel many things. Love yourself enough to accept that you will feel many things.

“Two heads are better than one,” is a saying you like to use. Well, we would like to say, “Four heads are better than one.” You have such a spiritual support group around you, that if you could see it, you would be amazed at how much “help” you have in life.

You don’t see it because it is not the purpose of life to know everything immediately. It is the purpose of life to discover yourself through the living and experiencing of frequencies. It is all frequency. Every experience carries with it a frequency and you can learn from this frequency. It is a great landscape of emotions you experience as a human, each one carrying with it a frequency. From these frequencies, you adopt thoughts to match them. In these thoughts, you send out signals to the world and others find you with similar thought structures and you can make communities this way. It is a complex system devised by your angelic beings, the you that is you eternally. We are this angelic being, you and you and you, eternally.

The soul is another aspect of you, the growing part, the expanding part, the learning part. The part learning about non physical laws in the midst of physicality and then learning about non physical laws in the midst of non physicality. It is all a great system of teaching and learning. You are part of something “magical” and “mystical” and beyond the comprehension of the human mind. Yet it is real and it is beautiful. It is also of your choosing to come here to earth.

Today we say this: It is your meditation today and all days to see the heads around you. It is not physical heads, but metaphorical ones. See all the heads of the spiritual support around you and know that you are supported, loved and guided in this lifetime. You are not alone. In knowing this, you can relax. You can let go of your worry. You can be what you came here to be, which is a being of service. You can serve with gladness in your heart. For you are so taken care of, so honored and celebrated, that if you knew the extent of the love available to you, you would never be sad again. It is all there for you. It is all there now. Ask for it. It will be everything you need. It will be everything you desire. It will be everything your soul calls for in its process of expanding. Do not think it will always be “easy” by your human standards. For there are things, frequencies, you came here to experience that cannot be described as “pleasant” by your definitions. But, know you are held in an embrace so tight, so loving, that you can be joyful even in the midst of your challenges. That is all.

Here is a door. It is a door for entering a home. It is a door for being welcomed into a home. Are you welcoming those into your life as a door?

We mean this: As a human, you have many opportunities for form relationships. You have opportunities to open doors and to close them. You have choices about when you open them and when you close them. You can make these choices in love and joy, even when you are closing a relationship. It is sometimes appropriate to do so. When is it appropriate to close a relationship? When that relationship offers nothing to your expansion, you may look at it and decide if it is serving you, or not. Often, those in your life (like your mother in law) create much room for expansion. They challenge you and make you think. They are there to expand you, even if you don’t “get along.” Those that don’t challenge you, nor do they serve you in a positive, expansive way, are the ones that can be reexamined. Do not shut someone out just because you do not like them. Instead look at your life and decide where you are going and giving all your energy and where you are going and receiving energy. When there is a balance between the two, you have a healthy “door,” a portal into your soul that is both giving and receiving energy through relationships in a balanced and healthy way. That is the lesson of today’s message.

Where are you giving all your energy? Where are you receiving all your energy? Are they different places? Are they the same place? Is there a balance between what you give and what you receive? Think about energy today and how you give it and receive it. You give it in time and you give it in money. You give it in emotional support and you give it in mental stimulation, i.e. conversation. You give it in spiritual counseling for those around you. You give it in love to those you love. You give it in negative vibrations to those you don’t like and you give it in fear to those who scare you. You give it in many ways. These are examples of how you are giving your energy. Think about the places you are giving your energy.

Now. You are giving energy and you are receiving energy. You are receiving energy in all the ways above. Sometimes you are receiving energy from the same people and sometimes from other people. There are those in your life to whom you give more than you receive and those from whom you receive more than you give. If you are not balanced in the amount of energy you give and receive, you will become depleted, resentful and tired. These are not the traits of a prosperous person. This you know.

Today is your day to write down where you give and where you receive energy. It will help you see where you are being called to open the door and where you are being called to close the door. It is a good method for understanding the balance of energy that is required for abundance, enough-ness and prosperity to be known and felt by your physical life. Take some time today to do this exercise. Look at your relationships and decide where you are giving energy and where you are receiving energy. It is all a part of this series to look at your life and make observations about how you are living it to consciously live with the abundance, enough-ness and prosperity that is already and always there for you. To the extent that you are out of balance with the energy you give and receive, is the extent to which you will or will not know what you already have in energy and the possibility of manifestation of all the things you say you want. Spend some time in meditation today thinking about the balance of your giving and your receiving of energy. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all. Here we have an invitation to put the brain that you have into the flow of life. The water moves around the rocks. It does not fight the rocks, although the waves and currents would make you think so. However, the waves are doing their jobs and the rocks are doing their jobs and everyone is “happy” in that mix. It is a mix of matter and fluidity, much like your energy and the matter you manifest around you energy. See how connected everything is?

So today we have this invitation. Move your brain into the place of the rock. It is just doing its job. It is staying put, being the human you are, having its thoughts and anchoring itself into the meaning it can create from the place of its individual perspective. Your brain is beautiful. It is as beautiful as the rock. Now, put your soul in the place of the water. It is flowing around your brain. It is creating a stream of its own. It is making its way through consciousness as a current of its own accord. The rock and the soul come together in what is called a lifetime. Your life is a coming together of soul and brain. It is a “marriage” of fluidity and matter. It is a piece of consciousness in the infinite stream of consciousness. You have this brain. You have this soul. They are colliding. You manifest what you desire, the things you say you really want and need, as you insist the brain and the soul stop resisting one another and move instead like water over the gentle slope of a perfectly placed stone. Do you understand?

We say this because today is a day for celebrating your brain. It is a day to honor it. It is a day to think of it as the rock sitting perfectly in the water and letting the flow of the water gently glide over it. The soul, or the water, will win out. The water always does. The water is a mighty force. The rocks are impediments to its movement, but it will not stop the water from moving. Your brain is an impediment to your soul’s moving forward in a lifetime when you let it be, but it will not stop your soul from moving forward. Instead, accept that you are a complex being with many facets and let the water of your soul move smoothly in the direction of the current and let your life manifest with ease and grace. This is the lesson of today. We will leave you to meditate on this image of water and rocks. Let it be with ease and grace that you let the water of your soul flow over the solid matter of your brain and let yourself be comforted by the quality of smoothness with which the two forces work together to bring the current of consciousness out into the great wide world of All That Is. That is all. We love you, we love you, we love you. That is all. It is done, it is done, it is done. That is all.

Now, go, meditate on the water. It is done.
